1. About Gramaze
Gramaze Healthcare is a healthcare organisation registered in the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We provide non-emergency, home-based healthcare services through a combination of:
- Direct care delivery, and
- A digital coordination platform connecting families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
Gramaze does not operate as an emergency medical service provider.
2. Scope of Services
Gramaze offers personalised, non-emergency services including but not limited to:
- Elder Care
- Palliative Care
- Hospice & End-of-Life Care
- Rehabilitation & Physiotherapy
- Mental & Emotional Wellness
- Add-on services such as the Family Care Training Package
All services are delivered based on an initial assessment and an agreed care plan.
3. Non-Emergency Care Disclaimer
Gramaze services are strictly non-emergency in nature.
- In the event of a medical emergency, users must contact local emergency services or visit the nearest hospital immediately.
- Gramaze does not replace hospitals, emergency responders, or specialist medical facilities.
- By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with home-based care.
4. Medical & Outcome Disclaimer
- Gramaze does not guarantee medical outcomes, recovery, or improvement.
- Care outcomes may vary based on the patient’s condition, environment, and adherence to care plans.
- Families acknowledge that care decisions are made collaboratively and with informed consent.
5. User Roles & Authority
Care may be requested by:
- Patients
- Family members or representatives acting on behalf of a patient
- Legal guardians or authorised caregivers
By booking services, you confirm that you have the legal authority to do so.
6. Consultations & Assessments
- All care begins with an initial consultation or assessment.
- Assessments are used to understand care needs, risks, and appropriate service levels.
- Recommendations are provided based on information disclosed by the family or patient.
7. Pricing, Billing & Payments
- Pricing is personalised and communicated after assessment.
- Billing is monthly, unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Payment is required in advance of each billing cycle.
- Once care has commenced, no refunds will be issued for that billing period.
- Consultation fees may be deducted from the first month of care if the client proceeds.
8. Cancellations, Modifications & Suspension
- Care plans may be modified as patient needs evolve.
- Cancellations require standard notice as communicated during onboarding.
- Gramaze reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for:
- Non-payment
- Safety concerns
- Misuse of services
- Breach of these Terms
9. Caregivers & Professional Conduct
- All caregivers and professionals are vetted and trained.
- While we aim for compatibility, we do not guarantee personal preference matching.
- Caregiver substitutions may occur due to availability, safety, or operational needs.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Gramaze shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for services during the affected billing period.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Gramaze website and platform — including text, branding, and materials — is the property of Gramaze Healthcare and may not be reproduced without permission.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
